Booking

Contact us for information and advice on how to book your trip, some of our trips are already scheduled ask for recommendations, if a route could be taken on different dates. Our tours to be operated requires a minimum of 7 passengers on any trip, the priority will be for the driver + passenger.

Payment

120-90 days before departure: 50% of reservation payment.

90-31 days before departure: 80% of total.

30-0 days before departure: 100% of total.

Flights
You need to book and pay for your own flights to and from Guatemala.

Changes

Changing conditions by the customer must be made at least 30 days before the date of the tour was booked.

Cancellation

All cancellations must be made within 90 days before the start of the tour, this can generate penalty of up to 50% of the amount paid for the tour, this will be stated at our discretion, and can be taken up 100% of the amount paid, this specially designed trips.

Cancellation by Aventura Tours

We reserve the right to cancel a trip if the number of participants does not reach the required minimum. If the trip is canceled you will receive a full refund of any amount paid if we are unable to transfer to another tour that is to your satisfaction.

Terms and Conditions

The tour coordinator / guide has the authority to change the itinerary due to conditions such as weather, political or any other contingency beyond our control. This is not considered sufficient reason for any kind of refund.

Recommendations

We recommend you obtain medical insurance / accident, and another in the event of cancellation of the tour.

Responsibility

Adventure Tours is not liable for personal injuries and damages caused by participants, carelessness or negligence during the tour.
